Day 1

Wellness: Grit Group students please come to the Wellness Centre at the following times today: Grade 6 (except 6 McGrath) – During Period 3 

Grade 7 Plus 6 McGrath – During Period 5

UBU will meet today in the Wellness Centre, everyone is welcome to check it out.

Music: There is Beginner Band today after school.  It ends at 4:15pm.

Sports:

Congratulations to the Varsity Girls volleyball team on playing their best match yet! The team served well, communicated well and didn’t let anything through their defense…well done girls on a great team win. 

Cougar pride shout out to both JV teams for their help in taking down and setting up the gym last night! ðŸ˜Š

In volleyball action today, the JV Boys host MCS at 4pm. JV Boys are reminded to bring your signed forms to Ms. Hannam before your game today.

Following the JV Boys game, the Varsity Boys will practice at 5:30pm.

Tomorrow, the JV Girls host HMMS at 4pm while the JV Boys travel to HMMS.

Girls’ Softball – The first tryout for Girls’ Softball will be Friday after school on the field from 3 until 4:30.

Other:

Math Competition – There will be a meeting today during the second part of lunch in Room 108 (Mr. Melanson’s Room) for the Grade 7 and Grade 8 students who signed up to participate in this year’s UNB Math Competition.

The library and all four of the laptops carts are closed for the remainder of the week in preparation for the provincial assessments. Library duty person should go outside during the second half of lunch.

PRIDE Passes – Two ballots from grade 6 drawn today. One student participated well and the other was involved and taking risks while presenting their project in class.
