NATIONAL DWARFISM AWARENESS DAY
This coming Sunday October 25th, is International Dwarfism Awareness Day. To show our support and help spread awareness, we are asking everyone to wear green on Thursday.

About 80% of people with dwarfism are actually born to average-height parents, meaning it can happen in any family. By wearing green, we are standing together to promote inclusion, celebrate differences, and show our support for the little people community both here and around the world.

So, don’t forget to dig through your closets and wear your favorite green shirt, sweater, or socks this Thursday.

Quote of the Day:  None of us is as smart as all of us – Ken Blanchard

Here is your Let’s Ghost the Hurt at QMS thought for the day is this:

Here’s something to think about as part of Let’s Ghost Body Shaming at QMS.: Why do we comment on other people’s bodies at all? Too tall. Too short. Too big. Too small. Too much hair. Not enough hair. Imagine if we simply stopped judging bodies and started getting to know the people living in them. Consider that today.
