Quote of the Day: None of us is as smart as all of us – Ken Blanchard Today is our last Let’s Ghost Body Shaming at QMS announcement. Body shaming isn’t always directed at someone else. Listen to how you talk about your own body too. Would you talk to a friend the way you sometimes talk to yourself? Today, try giving yourself the same kindness you’d give someone you care about. And thanks to every Cougar who has spent some time this week helping us all Ghost Body Shaming at QMS.
