You can place Same-Day Orders through their online platform. Orders can now be submitted up until 8:00 AM local time each day. You can cancel and credit your orders from the Scheduled Orders page until 12:00 AM Midnight the night before the meal is served. In case of emergency on the morning of service, please email chartwellseats.support@compass-canada.com before 8:00 AM with your order details. This ensures they can cancel and credit your order before the meal is prepared.
